Plaid, Ripped Jeans, and 90s Vibes

I was born in the 90s and this style will always be my favorite go-to for casual wear!

Throwback to all my favorite 90s style vibes with t-shirt, ripped jeans, and a plaid shirt/flannel. This laid back and casual style will never grow old with me and will always be my go-to. All I am really missing is a cute hat to wear backwards and a choker necklace then i’d be full blown back in the 90s. But I still try to fit this style into my everyday life without fully going all out. This style always makes me feel like I am a punk rock singer in a band and I write emo songs. (One can dream right? Haha)

I LOVE this t-shirt so much because it’s a Bible verse that I try to always live by.

Proverbs 31:25 – “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come”

I don’t always live up to this verse but it’s something I strive for. I keep this verse on my Instagram because it’s what I live and breathe by. Life has been hitting me with curve balls left and right and it has been so overwhelming. I love the part that says “She can laugh at the days to come” because that means she’s confident that God has her back and everything has its time and season. You know that this woman didn’t lose her joy in any trial in life because she knew God had a plan not to harm her but to give her a hope and a future. I fail, I mess up, I sin, I lose my way, but my heart never changes towards God. His grace is always more than enough and no matter how many times I feel unworthy of Gods love, he lifts my head back up and says “My love for you is wild, like a towering wave in the ocean.”

I found this shirt randomly on Instagram by the most adorable online shop that had all these Bible verses on clothing. She’s an awesome woman that creates super cute clothes and you can follow her on Instagram stories to see the latest and behind the scenes. I had reached out to her and she was so kind enough to send me this shirt and review it on my Youtube Channel. (Thank you EllyandGrace) I can’t wait to make a purchase of some pieces i’ve had my eye on.
